BREAD
14 Do everything without complaining or arguing, 15 so that you may become blameless and pure, children of
God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like
stars in the universe 16 as
you hold out the word of life--in order that I may boast on the day of Christ
that I did not run or labor for nothing.
Philippians 2:14-16 (NIV)
BUTTER
“The person who serves selflessly, lovingly,
without complaint, and without seeking recognition is highly regarded in the
kingdom of God. The world will estimate your importance by the number of people
serving you. God is more concerned with
the number of people you are serving.” Henry Blackaby, Richard Blackaby
HEART SAVOR
·
I am to
do everything without complaining or arguing (ugh!). A whiney, complaining spirit is not proper dress
for a child of the King.
·
God
desires for me to be blameless and pure as I hold out the Word of Life. If my example does not match my words it is
not worth following.
·
I shine
the brightest when I am the most selfless and loving because I am following the
Master Who poured out all for me.
