¹⁶ “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. ¹⁷ For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.”   John 3:16-17 (NIV)

³⁵ Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? ⁵ And you have forgotten that word of encouragement that addresses you as sons: “My son, do not make light of the Lord's discipline, and do not lose heart when he rebukes you, ⁶ because the Lord disciplines those he loves, and he punishes everyone he accepts as a son.” ⁷ Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as sons. For what son is not disciplined by his father? ⁸ If you are not disciplined (and everyone undergoes discipline), then you are illegitimate children and not true sons. ⁹ Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. HEART SAVOR

·         God loves me with an everlasting love and everything He allows in my life is for my ultimate good and His glory never one surpassing the other – I serve an amazing God.

·         Nothing separates us from the love of Christ – nothing.

·         God disciplines those He love.  Indeed, discipline is a sign of God’s love.  A harvest of righteousness and peace is the result for those who have been trained by it.
