SELF-DENIAL

3 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. 4 Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.  Philippians 2:3-4 (NIV)

HEART SAVOR

·       The self-denial attitude of Jesus should be my attitude as well.

·       The more selfish I am the more empty I am.  The more self-less I am the more filled I am with all the goodness of the Fruit of the Spirit – love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.  It really is a no-brainer – the more you give the more you get.

·       Better to be highly regarded by God than by man or self.
